On Sunday, September 27th, we are launching the next indoor season. The project is starting a new chapter as we return from larger events back to our roots and to you, our community. We will now be in the cozy space of the Šambala yoga Center in Královo Pole with a smaller capacity. We are simplifying our events while keeping what truly matters. WHO IS PLAYING? ~ Guy Barrington (UK) alias DJ Colibri ~ Guy is one of the pioneers of Ecstatic Dance in the Czech Republic, guiding others through dance journeys for over three decades. He has studied a wide range of disciplines including shamanism, Biodanza, Qi-Gong, Tantra, and dreamwork. Through his art and presence, he inspires openness, love, understanding, and self-realization. His sets offer an opportunity to dive deep within while experiencing ecstasy through the lightness of simply being here and now. He shares his work across the Czech Republic, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, France, Canada, Ireland, and the UK. WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE? Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance practice free of drugs and alcohol. It offers a safe space where you can dance just like you do at home when no one is watching. You don't need to know any steps—just move however you feel, enjoy great music, connect with others, and embrace the experience of the present moment ECSTATIC DANCE GUIDELINES - Drug and alcohol-free event - Barefoot dancing - No phones or recordings - No talking on the dance floor You can dance entirely on your own or interact with others through mutual consent. To help you relax into the dance, connect with your body, and find inspiration for movement contact with others, we begin with a short movement warm-up.
