RECONNECT 2026 - music conference and club festival

Description

Brno will once again become the center of music, inspiration, and meetings from October 1 to 3. The sixth edition of RECONNECT combines the conference and festival (formerly BATCH) under one brand for the first time, offering three days full of discussions, workshops, networking, and live music across Brno's clubs and off-venues. Since its inception, RECONNECT has focused on communities as the foundation of live culture, believing that the music scene cannot be built from the top down, but only through people, relationships, and sharing. This year's program deepens this theme and offers panels dedicated to the club scene, education, and artificial intelligence in music. There will also be a special block Hope pump - Keeping the Fire 2.0: how to strengthen the community around music and why it is important to keep the 'fire' alive even in tougher times. The program is intentionally diverse. In the hall and on stage, venue operators, artists, managers, and promoters will meet. RECONNECT is not just for those who make music professionally; it is for anyone who takes it seriously. Among the first confirmed guests of the conference are Ivan Milivojev (EXIT festival, The Prodigy), Login Kočiški (PIN conference, Dubioza Kolektiv), Jarda Stanko (Roxy club), and Kamila Zlatušková (Serial Killer festival, regional politician). The music program traditionally combines established and promising local names with significant foreign discoveries that are not yet well known here. In addition to headliners 58G and Mutanti hledaj východisko, there will be performances by digital singer-songwriter Mat213, Slovak rapper Similivinlife, American band Young Widows, who have been icons of noise rock, hardcore, and post-punk for two decades, and Japanese composer Tujiko Noriko. You will also encounter Hellwanna, Marie April, Australian producer Aicher, Floex Ensemble, and many others on stage. The opening concert at Fléda on Thursday, October 1, will kick off with the pop-rock band Tata Bojs; entry is included in the Full Pass or can be purchased as a separate ticket.
