ECSTATIC BY DAKIAH From hustle to presence. It's not just a dance evening. Ecstatic by Dakiah connects conscious movement, ritual, and contemporary electronic music. It is a space where you can step out of the daily hustle for a moment, calm your mind, relax your body, and return to yourself. No alcohol. No judgment. No pressure to perform. You don't need to know anything — just come and allow yourself to experience something different. • GROUP TUNING The evening will begin with a sensory ritual using a rose pomander. This will be followed by a short cacao ceremony and a guided stillness with blindfolds. Ceremonial cacao, the scent of incense, live shamanic drums, and Tibetan bowls will create a space where the mind can gradually quiet down and the body can awaken. • FROM GUIDED MOVEMENT TO FREE DANCE The first part of the movement will be gently guided, allowing you to relax, feel your body, and gradually tune into the music and the energy of the group. Then we will transition into free dance and a musical journey created by DJ Dakiah — from hypnotic electronics, afro house, and organic ethnic elements to more intense house rhythms. The music will start softly, gradually intensifying and carrying you through the evening. There are no right steps or ways to dance. Everyone moves according to themselves. • YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW HOW TO DANCE No experience is necessary. You don't need to know Ecstatic Dance or know what to do. We will guide you through the entire experience step by step — from the first stillness to free movement.
