By Stephan Eckel A comedy with pace, wit, and quirky charm about competencies, vanities, and a wonderfully absurd office routine! In the office, there is a problem: In department D, there is a hole in the exterior wall. No one wants to be responsible, and everyone asks: Where does it come from? What to do? Who was it? Meanwhile, almost all employees in the department are on sick leave. Only Mrs. Schmitt bravely holds her ground behind her piles of paper – warmed by plenty of tea with rum. Neither the hole in the wall nor external sales representative Maier, who happens to blow through the office, can unsettle Mrs. Schmitt.
The craftsman summoned by department head Schneider has not solved the problem with the hole but has rather worsened it. So now, managing director Wagner intervenes and orders a last, desperate rescue measure: a "supportive measure." A motivation coach is to organize the chaos, smooth out the fronts, and find out who is actually responsible for what here. And so Mrs. Kleinschmitt appears, who now has her hands full mediating the power struggles between the gentlemen and ensuring that the hole is closed again and Mrs. Schmitt can finally retire in peace.
