Here, participation is required! You grind your own flour from wheat grains on various mills. You can even try a real stone grinder from the pile-dwelling era. You can take the flour home or bake a roll from it in the baking workshop.

General Information

The workshop at Mühlerama in Zurich offers an interactive experience where visitors can grind their own flour. In addition to various mills, a historic stone grinder is also available, and participants have the opportunity to process their creations in the baking workshop.
