Description

In this play, the biblical story of Jesus' birth is told with a lot of humor in a traditional yet contemporary way: the angel's announcement that Mary will give birth to a son named Jesus, Mary's and Joseph's search for a inn, which finds no free space among the busy Christmas crowds, Herod's uprising against the holy child, the shepherds and the Three Kings coming to worship the child in the manger. This participatory theater is a delight for young and old. It is performed by the Galli Children's Theater Ensemble.
