Moderation: José F. A. Oliver The Barrio | Bairro Berlin Festival brings together scattered scenes of contemporary Latin American literature from around the world. With a symposium (10 AM - 6 PM) and an evening reading, the festival takes place at LCB. At 7:30 PM, the LCB guest author Dahlia de la Cerda will be introduced, a Mexican storyteller who has made waves with "Reservoir Bitches" (translated from Spanish by Johanna Malcher, Culturbooks, 2025), a feminist "novel in stories." Also reading are Luisa Futoransky, an Argentine writer and poet living in Paris, Claudia Ulloa Donoso, a Peruvian living in Norway, and Ariel Maceo Téllez, a Cuban poet in exile currently living in Düsseldorf.
