The Autumn Lilies – Music & Talk for the 20th Anniversary of the Successful Film

Description

The successful film «The Autumn Lilies» is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. We are very pleased to welcome a protagonist and the musicians from the film to La Cappella.
Throughout the evening, filled with music and talk, charming Sonja Hasler, moderator of SRF1 and former «Persönlich» host, will guide the event.
Joining us are: actress Heidi Maria Glössner, who played Lisi Bigler (main character) in the film, a grande dame of film & theater. Heidi Glössner is never tired, and at 82 years old, she still appears frequently on stage!
Actor Manfred Liechti – who played Fritz Bieri (mayor) in the film. Swiss Film Award winner for the leading role in the film «Peter K. alone against the state». The DOMINO Gypsy String Quartet will perform, featuring the Glarner hammered dulcimer virtuoso Roland Schiltknecht (Stephan Eicher/Engelberg), the brothers Christoph on violin and Nik Rechsteiner on double bass (with platinum award for the film music in the successful film The Autumn Lilies), and the talented Gypsy guitarist and Sinto singer Raphael Noth from Zurich. The four skilled instrumentalists excel at blending various musical styles into a wonderful musical experience.
To honor the film's anniversary, they will incorporate some musical sequences from the film's soundtrack into their program. We look forward to a colorful anniversary evening!
