There is a tense atmosphere in the luxury apartment of the aging sausage manufacturer Otto Köstner. His money-hungry wife Kitty has been waiting for years for her unbearable but very wealthy husband to pass away. However, he now plans to replace her with a younger model. In her anger, Kitty makes preparations to become a widow as quickly as possible. But suddenly, unexpected visitors arrive: Sherry, whom Otto seems to know more than just casually. What to do? The demise of the sturdy husband proves to be more difficult than expected. It also turns out that Sherry is indeed the lover of Kitty's husband. When Sherry breaks into the bedroom in search of her lover, Kitty seems to be finished for good. But the two women did not anticipate how cunning Otto really is...
