Only fictional, but fully analog, entertaining, and of high musical quality. The Ex-girlfriends, twice nominated for the Comedy Award – almost in the cinema – but guaranteed in their theater. Anikó Donáth, Isabelle Flachsmann, and Martina Lory have been successful solo artists in the fields of musical, concert, and comedy for many years. They won't reveal their age, but together they have a combined 100 years in showbiz. They have performed on stages with 10 to 10,000 seats, had appearances on TV, in cinemas, and in the international pop charts. After finding themselves once again in a casting waiting room for the same role, there were two options: to knock each other out or to team up. They chose the latter: Because together, everything is more fun.
A multi-instrumentalist was sought, and the all-rounder Sonja Füchslin was found. The quartet was perfect. Since 2012, the artists have been shaking up the Swiss comedy and music cabaret scene as "Die Exfreundinnen" and enjoy a diverse fan base. In addition to performances in various renowned small theaters, "Die Exfreundinnen" have also appeared in Das Zelt, at the Arosa Humor Festival, and in the Maag Halle Zurich. As finalists of the Swiss Comedy Award in 2018 and 2022, they have also gained experience in losing, which has not dampened their grandiosity. The versatility and courage to explore boundaries is what distinguishes the Ex-girlfriends.
The fantastic four not only cover a wide range of comedy, singing, and dancing, but they are also responsible for their own programs from concept to texts, music arrangements, and choreography. Furthermore, they handle all administration, booking, and management. This keeps them mentally and physically too busy for a midlife crisis, which benefits everyone.
