Description

Production: Loan from the Tölzer Marionette Theater. Plot:
The peace in the cozy town is severely disturbed. Just as Kasperl is helping out at Frau Wurzel's vegetable stand and flirting with Carina, the daughter of the king, the giant comes along. He breaks into Frau Wurzel's and the baker master Loibl's shops, steals red cabbage and flour, and leaves a big mess. The king decides to immediately visit Professor Schwartenschmöker, from whom he hopes to get advice on this matter. And so it is: the professor recognizes from the king's stories that the giant is a big hat-giant, who loses all his power without his hat and is only at the service of those who possess his hat. However, before the king can issue this news and thus stop the giant, Tunichtgut appears and kidnaps, one after the other, both the professor and Carina, the king's daughter.
