Description

Old age brings many changes. It is not always easy to manage these upheavals well. Depression is one of the most common mental illnesses in old age and is often difficult to recognize. How do you recognize depression? How do you address the topic? And how can you support without overextending yourself? Speaker Sonja Nauer-Mäder provides guidance and shows concrete ways for everyday life. In the subsequent panel discussion, the topic will be explored together with Monika Wiederkehr, head of day care SRK Canton of Aargau. The event takes place as part of the Mental Health Action Days of the Canton of Aargau.
