When his friend Torctèn becomes a victim of a godless crime, Weber is suddenly called upon again as an investigator. Without his brilliant assistant, the old detective is left in the dark for a long time. Only when the two reunite does new hope emerge. A web of intrigue, greed, and betrayal comes to light, and in the end, Weber must make a decision that will change his life or could, depending on how he decides. The 35-year-old recently won the renowned singer-songwriter final in Berlin and the rather trivial small art prize "The Golden Seagull" in Hamburg.
