Das Wortstellwerk at the Literature House

Description

«Gleissend» gathers text contributions from eleven young authors who visited the literary writing workshop «Gleis 22» with Nora Osagiobare at WORTSTELLWERK in the spring of 2026. Following the title «Telling from Life», they searched together «for the invisible everyday, the untold that wants to surface». The texts created deal with what surrounds us and tell us about themselves and their view of the world. Reading: Enya Bains, Maria Bath, Shevek Christen, Rosa Di Nardo, Carla Gräfingholt, Sofia Jucker, Elsa Lienhard, Sophie Meyer, Anais Sommer, Liljana Susuri & Julia Wang. The WORTSTELLWERK - the young writing house Basel - is a place that centers on the creative writing of young people; with text workshops, publication projects, workshops, events, and open doors for all who want to give space to their writing.
