Description
TOO MUCH IN YOUR HEAD? MOVE. Dance for Mental Health is a free project for teenagers and young adults aged 14 to 20. It combines dance, movement, and community with topics related to mental health. Over 15 weekly dance sessions, it's not about performance or perfect dancing. Participants have space to move, express themselves, try new things, and have a good time with others. The dance sessions are complemented by three workshops on topics that concern many teenagers and young adults:
- Stress & Performance Pressure
- Self-perception, Body Image & Self-esteem
- Emotions, Expression & Resilience
At the end, an open final format will be created together with the participants – for example, a show, a film, or another creative form. No dance experience needed. No performance pressure. MOVE. FEEL. CONNECT.
