The spoken-word virtuoso and winner of the Salzburger Stier combines comedy and poetry in her fifth solo program like no other. Deep, absurd, and impetuous, she works through Switzerland – and how to navigate it. How do we grow older? How does Lara Stoll fare in traffic? And what do salad buffets have to do with it all? The show is also jazzed up with horns, trombone, and saxophone. The audience can expect a colorful evening. Born in 1987, born in Schaffhausen and raised in Thurgau. Now living in Zurich. Pastime: red wine and knitting every other year in December. For more than 13 years, Lara Stoll has been seen as a slam poet on various stages; she has also appeared on "Äschbacher" and "Giacobbo/Müller" as well as on WDR. From 2011 to 2015, she studied film at the Zurich University of the Arts. Since 2013, she has been producing crazy shows and films with the collective "Bild mit Ton." After the first feature film "Das Höllentor von Zürich" was shown in some cinemas, it can now be watched here for free. The latest film project "Who Stole the Jam" starring cabaret artist Patrick Frey premiered in January 2022. Additionally, the popular Swiss meme format "s’Internet us de Dose" is released weekly. Lara Stoll is also involved in various music projects. From the punk band "Pfffff," the synth-pop-techno project "Stefanie Stauffacher" developed together with Constant Hiatus, for which she is responsible for lyrics and vocals. Her first album is expected to be released digitally and on vinyl in the fall. Lara Stoll can be booked as a slam poet; she is quite punctual, and most have been satisfied so far. But no weddings.
