Description

The “Startpunkt Beratung” creates a low-threshold, personal starting point for adults in the Canton of Zurich who want support in the areas of reading, writing, arithmetic, digital skills, or language.

The counseling service offers individual orientation, reduces barriers, and shows concrete, realistic educational and development steps. The counseling takes place weekly from May 7, 2026, from 10 am to 12 pm at the City and Regional Library Dietikon – free of charge, spontaneous, and in a protected setting. Professional, specially trained counselors help to find suitable learning offers, motivate, support with registration, and connect with other agencies if needed.
