Description

Suk's piano quartet plays in a classical, yet less common formation. In its program, it will showcase how two diametrically opposed composers, Brahms and Fauré, wrote for it. With guest Radka Dohnalová, the ensemble will perform the quintet by the resident composer of the Czech Philharmonic, Thomas Adès, "full of complex changes requiring the utmost precision in coordination."
