Crossover Slam Berlin - Poetry vs. Music vs. X

Description

With the Crossover Slam, the concept of the Poetry Slam is further developed: here, different disciplines compete against each other to win the favor of the audience. The audience is therefore allowed to admire not only poetry but also music and a third, free discipline (e.g., acrobatics, painting, yoga, acting, origami, magic, comedy, karate…?) and evaluate with applause. It is less about competition and more about the fun of presenting oneself and one's art, watching others, and having a great evening together.
For six years now, such evenings have regularly been created, very diverse and unpredictable, where professionals, debutants, and sometimes even real stars take the microphone. The evening is curated, moderated, and held together by Felix Römer. Felix Römer was a Poetry Slammer from the very beginning. He has traveled across the entire republic and performed at countless slams, knows the scene from the beginning, and has shaped it. He is also an author, German Small Arts Award winner (with Luksan Wunder), moderator, organizer, musician, and one of the people who bring others together – on, behind, and in front of the stage.
