The new event series "Comedy Flex" at Burghof not only brings well-known comedians to the stage but also the hottest newcomers in the scene. This way, the audience has the opportunity to discover both today's stars and tomorrow's stars. Over three evenings this season, Comedy Flex offers top-notch stand-up comedy, trains the laughter muscles, and casually makes everyday worries disappear. Laughter is, after all, the best medicine – not only science says so but also everyone who has experienced an evening full of laughter. The comedians bring their own styles and stories, making each show a unique experience. The five comedians for the premiere night are already confirmed, and some are known from formats like Nightwash Live, WDR Ladies Night, or Quatsch Comedy Club. Yannick de la Pêche has many problems and few solutions. With dry self-irony, absurd leaps of thought, and a keen eye for the uncomfortable, he tells things on stage that one would rather keep to oneself – and is surprisingly funny. Sandra Schmidt delivers her life wisdoms laconicly – many of them. The trained philosopher is super cool, super funny, and super down-to-earth. She loves to win, hates walks, and doesn't understand people who take cold showers. When asked why he's so funny, Mo Boubaker once replied: "Because I have no other choice." With this very likable comedian, shining eyes and tears of laughter are guaranteed. The candidate from Dortmund is considered a rising star in the Ruhr area: highly sympathetic, crazy, quick-witted – a combination that makes it exciting. A real gain for the comedy scene. Anna Bomhardt, whose patchwork family alone guarantees joke material for the next 20 years, is touring all over Germany and has already opened for Aurel Mertz, Maria Clara Groppler, and Filiz Tasdan. Lennard Rosar is currently part of the 1Live Generation Gag and wants to abolish it, the pigeonholes, these square things full of prejudices and clichés. You know them, right? And so he prefers to watch Shopping Queen rather than Bundesliga, passionately irons his laundry to heavy metal, and wonders whether his view of people isn't full of prejudices himself.
