Christmas Tours of Litomyšl Castle

If you have questions about how Christmas was celebrated in aristocratic circles, or whether the aristocrats thought of their servants, then the tours of the Christmas-decorated interiors of Litomyšl Castle are just right for you. Since the castle was visited in 1889 by Emperor Franz Joseph I himself, we will also transport ourselves to the Christmas imperial court. The castle chapel will feature a carved folk nativity scene. Tickets are available online here or on the day of the tours at the castle ticket office in the ground floor of the arcade courtyard.
