Christmas Tours of Litomyšl Castle with Organ Music in the Chapel

If you have questions about how Christmas was celebrated in aristocratic circles, or whether aristocrats thought of their servants, then the tours of the festively decorated interiors of Litomyšl Castle are just right for you. Since the castle was visited in 1889 by Emperor Franz Joseph I himself, we will also transport ourselves to the Christmas imperial court. The castle chapel will feature a carved folk nativity scene, and you will also hear samples of organ music performed by Martin Kubát. Tickets are available online or on the day of the tours at the castle ticket office in the ground floor of the arcade courtyard.
