In an interview, he recently revealed: "I love the historic cities, especially the castles, palaces, churches, as well as German food and the restaurant diversity. Yes, Germany feels almost like my second home!" Another explanation for why the live perennial favorite is so popular with us is this: Chris de Burgh stands for quality as an entertainer and recording artist, has many of his own hits in the program, and receives consistently very positive reviews for his guest performances.
