The title says it all: Charles deals with a universal truth that concerns us all – timing. Inspired by the wise words of his mother – “Timing is everything in life” – he shows how the right moment decides about opportunities, dreams. Or how with bad timing everything ends in a catastrophe.

Charles himself has a special talent for being at the wrong place at the wrong time – and that, although he is always punctual! Whether it is meeting the love of his life, catching the career-defining moment or simply setting the perfect pause in a joke: timing is everything. Except maybe with his cousins in South Africa. They are chronically late but score with the most charming excuse: food! Because it is hard to be angry at someone who is late but brings food for everyone.

“TIMING” is more than a comedy program. It is an evening full of stories that life itself wrote – with all its quirks, unexpected twists, embarrassing situations, narrowly missed chances and completely unnecessary catastrophes.
