Description

This ceremony begins with drinking cacao, an ancient plant medicine from Central America, to sharpen the senses and open the heart. Participants will sing, set intentions, and engage in a dance journey guided by Jelena, focusing on powerful movements that foster feminine expression. The event concludes with a relaxation phase to integrate the experience. Attendees are advised to eat lightly beforehand and hydrate afterward.
