After twenty-six years and seven successful programs, Cabaret ScherzGrenze bids farewell to its audience.
In a co-production of «Tonne» Laupen and Kellertheater Murten, a initially nameless group performed «Danebenwirkungen» in spring 1999, which, as it soon turned out, was a highly audience-effective "cabaret attempt for our healthcare system." With «Viel Lern um nichts», the ensemble – now known as Cabaret «ScherzGrenze» – doubled with «live from the de-education station» and established itself with this equally current topic in the scene. «Everything Under Control!?» once again targets the healthcare system as a still relevant topic. Some parts can be integrated from the first program without loss of topicality, re-staged, musically re-arranged. New elements are added, also from other thematic circles. Throughout, the audience can look forward to what «ScherzGrenze» has always been known for: relevance to current events, situational comedy, linguistic wit, wordplay, and lots of music.
