Description
Brain Ball® helps seniors stay fit and autonomous for as long as possible. The targeted exercises of Brain Ball® lead to better posture stability, coordination, and reaction ability. These three factors are exactly what we need to remain physically and mentally independent for a long time.
Brain Ball® is a cooperative and rhythmic "juggling" that is easy to learn. We pass balls to each other via the floor and circulate sandbags, hoops, small and large balls. This way, we train memory, coordination, reaction, and mental flexibility almost unnoticed but with a lot of fun.
We learn several exercises that we can also continue to apply at home. We practice in pairs and in groups and have a lot of fun together.
In collaboration with Ruth Achermann, licensed Brain Ball® provider
The event is part of the series "Wellness Chapters: strong and healthy throughout the year."
