The Blickwinkel-Kabinett displays collection items that have so far remained hidden from the public.

Collecting and preparing plants and animals always reflects the respective human perspective on animals and plants. This exhibition allows unexpected historical and contemporary perspectives on animals and plants and inspires artistic engagement.

An exhibition to participate in
In the middle of the exhibition, visitors are invited to get inspired and create their own viewpoint using pencils or craft materials. The works created can be exhibited in the "Depot." Over the months, a "total artwork" grows from them.

General Information

The Blickwinkel-Kabinett at the Museum Luzern shows previously hidden natural collection pieces. Visitors can create their own works and thus participate in a joint art project. The exhibition offers insights into the collection and invites creative engagement with nature themes.
