Join us at Stadthaus Winterthur for an evening dedicated to the rich tradition of Harmoniemusik, a form of classical wind ensemble music. The concert features the Musikkollegium Winterthur's wind players performing a program that includes Mozart's Serenade No. 12, Jonathan Dove's 'Figures in the Garden' inspired by Mozart's 'The Marriage of Figaro', and Beethoven's Octet in E-flat major, Op. 103. The event showcases the sinfonic sound of a wind octet, offering a unique listening experience that transcends traditional background music, aiming for a powerful, symphonic effect.
