Description

Björn von Morgenstern is a comedian, stand-up comedian, host, and currently the most sought-after newcomer in the German comedy scene. He is especially known for his smug grin – and in the end, it feels like we are all long-time friends. The Essen-based comedian is a finalist of the NightWash Talent Award 2024, winner of the Mannheim Comedy Cup 2026, and regularly excites audiences at the legendary Downstairs Comedy Club, NightWash, or the Quatsch Comedy Club. Since August 2025, Björn has been presenting his first solo open mic as host of the show "BOM – BESTES OPEN MIC" every Monday at the trendy Comedy Club Düsseldorf. Together with DAZN, Björn von Morgenstern is launching the weekly World Cup show "The Late Kick" during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The first episode starts on June 15th, available for free on DAZN. Björn bet everything on one card, quitting his job to become a comedian. He started in early 2025 with 2,987 followers. Some of his videos went viral on Björn's Instagram channel, gaining him almost overnight 30,000 followers and building a new loyal community. He now has over 400,000 followers. Björn is also vegan and eats many colorful plants. KREISVERKEHRFEST – SOLO PROGRAM
In his first solo program, Björn von Morgenstern talks about youth in the countryside – between circle festival and other creative events. Also about how crazy the big wide world is when you learn most things much later than everyone else. No wonder he interpreted his military service more creatively. It rarely gets serious, but always absurd & funny. Björn's live tour started in fall 2025. The first shows of his solo program sold out quickly. Many additional shows of the successful tour follow in 2026 and 2027.
