An interactive lecture will demonstrate why it makes sense to look back on life. This can be helpful to become more relaxed and to look to the future with confidence. Those affected usually have less fear of approaching death. Each generation has different prerequisites for mastering life. In the last hundred years, there has been significant technological development that has greatly influenced people's daily lives. Every life is worth being written down, as it contains a piece of contemporary history. One should not set too high goals. Even 10 pages can provide new insights for descendants. A self-written biography also facilitates work in homes. Various ways to approach this will be shown.
