At 23, she moved to Switzerland and trained at the Comart Theatre School. Since then, she has been active on both music and theatre stages. As a co-founder of the Acapickels, she performed throughout the German-speaking world for over 15 years. Today, she performs as a soloist (together with musician Muriel Zemp). She also writes columns, manages projects, coaches other groups, and works as a director.
www. fritz-bisenz. ch Muriel Zemp, musician. Muriel Zemp has been accompanying Barbara Hutzenlaub on her anniversary tour "jubiliert!" since March 2018. Muriel Zemp is a singer, pianist, and choir director. She studied piano and choir conducting in Lucerne and completed training as an integrative voice trainer as well as the MAS Pop&Rock (main subject singing) at the HDK Bern. She further trained in free improvisation, jazz and pop singing, as well as composing & arranging at the Zurich University of the Arts and has extensively studied Complete Vocal Technique (CVT). In September 2020, Muriel Zemp celebrated her second solo program "Kauderwelsch" and the CD premiere of the same name – with performances across Switzerland and neighboring countries.
