Description
What does it mean to be human? «HUMAN» takes us through impressive personal stories that delve into the diversity of human life. People from around the world share stories of love and happiness, but also of suffering, hatred, injustice, and violence. Their stories make us reflect on our own lives – on what differentiates us, but above all, on what unites us as humans. Date: October 23, 2026 Time: 6:00 PM Cost: Donation-based participation Following the film, we invite you to a shared exchange with Carmel Irandoust, who will moderate and accompany the event. Carmel Irandoust was Deputy Secretary-General of the Bahá’í International Community in the Holy Land from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, she worked for World Vision in Dublin in advocacy and policy, as well as at the United Nations headquarters in New York, including for the Secretary-General’s office. Today, she is the founder and director of NETLOVE, a consulting agency committed to dignity, justice, peace, and solidarity. Together, they explore the question: What makes us human and how can we, as a human society, be connected?Highlights
