"Bachs Familie" - Baroque Concert with the Academy for Ancient Music Berlin

Description

The Academy for Ancient Music Berlin invites you to Bach’s family reunion – the perfect start to a sonorous Advent! Johann Sebastian could truly not complain about the musical talent in his family. He called his relatives "born Musicians" and wrote that he could probably form a concert "vocaliter and instrumentaliter with my family." Bach's sons were also to explore new paths in the art of composition: Carl Philipp Emanuel's name shone even brighter than his father's during his lifetime! Program Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750)
