This exhibition showcases Shirana Shahbazi's multifaceted approach to art, combining photography with various techniques and materials to depict the coexistence of different realities. Her work examines how to represent simultaneous experiences and emotional distances, often creating immersive installations in dialogue with artist Li Tavor. Several pieces are being shown for the first time, highlighting her innovative use of surfaces, color, space, and light. Recognized with the Swiss Federal Culture Award in 2019, Shahbazi's work offers a compelling political statement on diversity and perception.
