Description
How can I cultivate and maintain my inner peace in times of unrest, stress, and numerous conflicts and wars in the world? And thereby promote my well-being – as a basis for constructive solutions with myself and my environment?
On this evening, we use the power of breath, movement, thoughts, and images to come to rest, invite a feeling of inner peace, let it grow and flow. Carried individually and in the group. Well-founded – deep – magical.
Participants receive impulses for head, body, and soul, which they can integrate into their everyday life, e.g., as small "breath breaks."
Bring: Curiosity and spirit of discovery. If needed, a water/tea bottle. Wearing socks or flat, soft shoes is recommended. The exercises are performed sitting or standing.
Course leader: Beatrice Schlumberger, breath and trauma therapist, Cham
The event is part of the series "Feel-good chapters: strong and healthy through the year."
