Join us for a contrasting evening of classical masterpieces and a world premiere at the Yehudi Menuhin Forum Bern. The concert opens with Prokofjew's lively 'Symphony Classique', followed by Tschaikowsky's sparkling Rococo Variations with cellist Patrick Demenga. A highlight is the premiere of Torstein Aagaard-Nilsen's new cello concerto inspired by the Norwegian landscape, culminating in Sibelius' atmospheric music for 'Pelléas et Mélisande'.
