Description

Is it the feeling of doing something meaningful? A good team? Appreciation? Creative freedom? Or simply an evening after work when your mind is not completely empty? On this inspiring evening, we will look together at what gives us energy at work, what connects us with a team and a company, and how improvements can be made that actually reach everyday life. But we go one step further: Can satisfaction even hinder innovation? Because if everything is going well, why should we change anything? And when does satisfaction perhaps turn into complacency? Insights, exchange, and a change of perspective.
Zerrin Demircan combines her background in business psychology with her experience in recruiting and team leadership, as well as several years in personnel consulting. Currently, she is deepening her knowledge with an MBA in Digital Transformation & Artificial Intelligence. On this evening, she brings these perspectives together and invites you to view your work and environment from a different angle. Look forward to short impulses, small group exchanges, and one or two aha moments. It's not about the next big theory, but about questions and thoughts you can take directly into your daily work. Perhaps at the end, there will even be a simple insight you can try out the next morning. Schedule
6:30 PM - Impulse & exchange, and around 7:30 PM - Apéro & networking. After the hour-long impulse, we will end the evening with an apéro. Time for conversations, new contacts, and exchanging ideas about what good work actually means to us. Participation is free. Registration until Monday, October 12, 2026.
