Apple and Juice. Experience to Participate & Enjoy

Description

Over 200 years of cider culture, the beginnings of sweet cider, and the art of recycling leftovers can be experienced directly on-site this afternoon! Guests will actively participate by pressing their own apple juice with historical equipment. The event is crowned with an exclusive cider tasting by the cider gallery owner and a rustic "Chäsplättli" from Thurgau. The event will be translated into sign language. Cost: CHF 20.00 with Corinne Lanz-Schläfli, historian, and Elisabeth Stäheli, cider gallery owner.
Free visit from 1–4 pm, free admission (donation). Registration required. Tip: Everyone is warmly invited to visit the neighboring monastery church.
