"Achterbahn" (original title "Les montagnes russes") is not only the perfect combination of drama and comedy but also has everything that makes French comedies so unique. "They meet in a bar. They talk and immediately feel a connection. Now he's tempted by the prospect of a little romantic adventure in his apartment. The fact that she is much younger than him does not bother either of them. Only that he is married, he has kept from her." It seems clear to the audience how the story between the successful "manager type" and the attractive young woman will continue.
