To mark the 100th birthday of Danish architect and designer Verner Panton, the Vitra Design Museum is presenting a comprehensive exhibition of his multifaceted oeuvre in the Vitra Schaudepot. On display are iconic furniture designs such as the "Panton Chair", lamps, textiles and architectural projects. A walk-in 1:1 reconstruction of the legendary "Fantasy Landscape" (1970) makes Panton's visionary understanding of space and color directly tangible as an immersive experience and invites visitors to rediscover one of the most influential designers of the post-war period.
