A unique concert experience at the Lucerne Planetarium: Following last year’s enthusiastic response, harpist Daniela Lorenz returns to the Lucerne Planetarium with a further refined version of her “Harp Journey Through the Sea of Stars.” Beneath the imposing dome, the delicate sounds of the Paraguayan harp blend with stunning full-dome projections to create a unique, immersive experience. In addition to virtuoso Latin American harp music, this year’s audience can look forward to new visual and musical elements: for the first time, selected film sequences from the depths of the universe will be set to music live on the harp. Star formation, galaxies, the aurora borealis, and other fascinating natural and celestial phenomena combine with poetic melodies and rousing rhythms to create an atmospheric journey between heaven and earth. A concert for all the senses—atmospheric, moving, and full of magical moments.
