This online training offers you the opportunity to attend classes comfortably from your home or workplace. Content The software programs Word, Excel, and Outlook are an integral part of our daily work. If you master them, you will be able to work more efficiently. Learn to format Word documents professionally and perform complex calculations or create clear diagrams with Excel. You will also be able to manage your files in a structured way and use your emails and calendar more effectively. Finally, you will be able to use the Internet and all its possibilities and protect yourself against online dangers. The ICDL Base training allows you to acquire and certify your basic skills in these software applications (formerly known as ECDL Base). Prerequisites - You have already gained some computer experience or have taken the Introduction to Computer Science course - You have access to a PC with Windows and a stable Internet connection and have the Office programs Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as a camera and microphone. If you do not have access to the Office programs, we will provide them (upon request) during the training period. - Assess your knowledge using the test provided on our testing platform. Learning Objectives After this training, you will: - create a file hierarchy and classify documents accurately, - know the risks associated with the Internet, know how to use search engines, and create bookmark bars, - send and receive emails and set up messaging settings, - use the calendar, manage appointments and deadlines, - master the main functions of Word for professional text formatting, - perform calculations and know the different functions and formulas of Excel.
