24-Hour Comic at Wannsee 2026

Description

During the seventh comic marathon, the LCB opens its doors to the public on Saturday evening, providing the opportunity to watch the artists over their shoulders. Simultaneously, the Brazilian journalist Augusto Paim, who has been organizing the "24-Hour Comic at Wannsee" since 2019, interviews some of the participants on stage – including the artist Maria Victoria Rodriguez, who drew this year's image motif for the 24-Hour Comic. The comic marathon starts on the same day at 12 noon and ends 24 hours later. More than 50 artists participate. The theme inspiring the drawings is only decided shortly before the start. All comics created will be published at www.lcb.de/skizzenblog. With kind support from the Berthold Leibinger Foundation. Free admission. Studio visits and panel discussions

General Information

The 24-Hour Comic Marathon takes place at the Literary Colloquium Berlin and begins on Saturday at 12 noon. Over 50 artists create comics on a spontaneously chosen theme, while interviews with participants are held on stage.
