"He is the Mozart of the 19th century, the brightest musician who clearly sees and reconciles the contradictions of his time." – thus Robert Schumann about Mendelssohn and thereby about the two outstanding child prodigies of music history. You will hear an emotional late work by Mozart and a brilliant youthful work by Mendelssohn in the place where the great musicians Adolf Busch and Rudolf Serkin once gathered for chamber music at the painter Lüschers. Moderation by the participants.
After the concert, an aperitif will be offered.
