Workshop Day: "Biomorphic Structures" - Experimental Drawing & Weaving

Description

Ruth Asawa's art is strongly inspired by shapes from nature, especially the plant world. After a tour of the exhibition, botanical templates and various materials invite you to experimental drawing in the studio. Based on these individual approaches, biomorphic structures are woven, knotted, and freely designed from wire and various natural materials. These can be further developed into objects for the wall or the room. Suitable for interested individuals aged 18 and over. No prior knowledge is required. Materials will be provided. Duration: 6 hours including lunch break For this workshop, an additional admission ticket is required, please book separately and according to the time, as these are time-bound.
