This workshop is run by Cristian Violatti (Author and Public Speaker). What’s Your Story? is an afternoon workshop on how to develop and write an event proposal for the Bibliothek Zug. What will you learn? You may have a fascinating idea, an area of expertise, or a story you want to share with the community. This workshop will show you how to structure your ideas, identify what makes your topic interesting to a general audience, and present it in a clear and compelling event proposal. Whether your passion is business, education, humanities, science, culture, or another field, you may have a story worth sharing. The workshop will help you turn that story into an event that speaks to the community. This Workshop is for anyone who: - has a topic, idea, or story they would like to share with the public; - is interested in education, culture, knowledge, or community engagement; - has some experience speaking to an audience; and - would like to develop an event proposal for the Bibliothek Zug. What is the commitment? Bring your project notes and at least one draft of your event proposal. You will have the opportunity to develop your idea and receive guidance to make your proposal clear and compelling.
