Workshop: Sewing a dress from the High Middle Ages

In the two-day workshop at Königsfelden Abbey, you will sew your own medieval dress or a man's cotta. Alice Severin, a trained dressmaker and costume tailor and expert in the fashion of the High Middle Ages, teaches historical cutting techniques, sewing stitches and details such as eyelets. Further processing takes place at home.
