Workshop: Paper Pulping

Description

From pulp to your own paper: The workshop invites you to learn the technique of paper pulping. For everyone who has always wanted to know how surprisingly soothing it is to make paper yourself. Participants in the course will pulp and cast on site at Papierwerk Glockenbach under the guidance of Annamaria Leiste, creating various types of paper in different formats. They can discover what is contained in a sheet of paper and get an overview of the many possibilities of working with pulp. The course is suitable for participants aged 10 and above. Workshop leader
ANNAMARIA LEISTE, born 1979 in Milan, studied at Parsons School of Design in New York and at the AdbK Munich in the jewelry and object class. With the courses at Papierwerk Glockenbach, she aims to explore the diversity of paper and share her knowledge with interested parties. Experiments with fibers produce papers or artistic objects.
