Description
Today, the Thur presents itself in many places in a desolate state: heavily built-up sections, impoverished flora and fauna, and hardly any natural dynamics. But despite these deficits, the river holds enormous ecological potential. When the Thur is given space again, its natural power can unfold and diverse habitats can emerge. Together, we take a look at the opportunities for a more lively Thur — and why these renaturations are so important for biodiversity. This event is organized in collaboration with Aqua Viva.
